Job Description
Position: Jr. HRIS Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA, 3 days/week onsite
Terms: Contract to Hire
Compensation: 25-28/hr W2 with Benefits
You Will:
• Provide system transactions setup processing/support and resolve simple system incidents.
• Assist global HR team with system user guidance (how- tos) and provide routine transactional system support.
• Assist in new user training and documentation support with other team members for timely delivery of services.
• Create/Update documentation including user procedures, guidelines and QRCs (Quick Reference Cards)/FAQs.
• Provide WhiteGlove transactional support services to senior level executives.
• Assist in the development of simple standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
• Support data integrity in accordance with reporting needs by running queries and analyzing data.
• Participates in testing including assisting in documentation development.
Education
• Bachelor degree in human resources or related field
Work Experience
• Minimum 1-2yrs IT systems or HR Generalist experience. Workday experience strongly preferred
• Some systems/application experience with data analytics experience
Skills
• Ability to learn HR processes, database design, structure, functions and processes, and knowledge of database tools.
• Basic problem solving skills, communication skills and presentation skills in a group setting.
• Collaborative team member and participant on initiatives and projects.
• Exercises good judgement and actively practices confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
