What You’ll Do

• Design and refine mechanical and electromechanical components using SolidWorks
• Create and manage 3D models, drawings, and BOMs
• Support prototyping, hands-on assembly, and testing
• Perform basic stress, fatigue, and durability analysis
• Participate in design reviews and engineering change processes
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and product teams
• Support compliance, risk evaluations, and design validation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (new grads welcome)
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred (or strong internship/project work)
• Experience with SolidWorks, design reviews, and BOMs
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar)
• Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work an early morning/day shift
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
