    Title: Jr. Project Coordinator Internship

    Status: 4-Month, 30 hours/week, Internship (May 1 – August 31, 2026; start date is negotiable)

    Location: Nashville, TN (on-site)

    Reports to: Vice President of Operations

    Job Summary

    Responsible for ensuring the schedule, progress, and details of projects are well organized. Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. Provide tracking support to project coordinators and managers, ensuring materials and hardware for major projects are ordered and delivered according to PC/PM defined timelines and client requirements.

    Responsibilities

    · Planning: responsible for monitoring the project plan that outlines the project's objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resources required.

    · Coordination: responsible for supporting the activites of the project team, which may include stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.

    · Monitoring: responsible for monitoring elements of multiple project’s progress and updating the PC/PMs of any ordering, shipping, or client approval delays.

    · Reporting: responsible for providing regular reports to stakeholders on progress, including any issues or risks that may arise.

    · Communication: responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and vendors.

    · Problem-solving: responsible for identifying and escalating issues that arise during the project's lifecycle, including any unexpected delays or changes to the project scope.

    · Documentation: responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.

    Qualifications

    Education: Enrollment in a degree program; preference for IT, Business Administration, or related majors.

    Experience: None required; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

    Preferred:

    · Certifications: PMP, CAPM, SixSigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
