Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Scrum Master/Task Coordinator to support our Agile delivery teams. In this role, the Junior Scrum Master partners with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to facilitate ceremonies, maintain team artifacts, and remove basic impediments to enable consistent delivery. The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum and Kanban), strong organizational skills, and a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
**Required Experience
**
1–2 years of experience in an Agile environment supporting Scrum or Kanban teams (can include internships, rotational programs, or project-based experience).
Foundational understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and core concepts: ceremonies, roles, artifacts, story points/estimation, WIP limits, and empirical process control.
Hands-on experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting, manage competing priorities, and escalate risks appropriately.
Data-oriented mindset with comfort maintaining team metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup) and creating simple dashboards or reports.
