Judge Nutrition and Wellness LLC
RD Job Description
Job Title: Registered Dietitian
Location: Nashville, TN or Remote
Our Company
Judge Nutrition and Wellness LLC is a virtual nutrition counseling and lifestyle coaching practice for digestive disorders. We believe in offering a holistic approach to managing IBS symptoms, focusing on nutrition, mental health, and physical activity. We currently provide individualized care through a 5 month individualized program, as well as group coaching through a 16 week program called the MASTER Method. The MASTER Method is the DNA of our methodology for IBS, and the “MASTER” acronym stands for mindset shift, adjust lifestyle, symptom relief, trigger clarity, evolve the diet, and rebuild the microbiome.
Erin Judge was diagnosed with IBS as a child and never fully understood how to manage symptoms until her training to become a dietitian. She is passionate about helping clients understand the current research around the causes of IBS and the microbiome.
As a practice, we are cash-pay, and believe in walking closely alongside our clients so that they feel supported and receive the best care possible. We live with a growth mindset, so we are continually learning so that we can be innovative in our recommendations to our clients.
Vision: To create solutions for women to get well-rounded nutrition guidance for their IBS symptoms and long term management, within the first year of their diagnosis.
Mission: We empower women with IBS to manage their symptoms through nutrition counseling and coaching programs.

FAQ
What nutrition interventions are utilized with clients?
We use first-line dietary and lifestyle modifications to target specific digestive concerns, the low FODMAP diet (if appropriate), and a Mediterranean diet approach throughout the process. We do recommend supplementation, as needed, but we currently do not provide testing for current nutrient deficiencies. We value a more integrative approach over the use of medications and laxatives for symptom management. We do provide lifestyle coaching around the areas of movement, mindfulness, mindset, and stress management. We do not focus on weight loss, but do provide support for hormone balance and optimal nutrition.
Where do our clients come from?
The majority of our clients come to us through Instagram. Referrals are generated from Erin's account, @erinjudge.rd. We hope to increase referrals from the MASTER Method Instagram page, @master.method, as well as from website visits, email marketing, Facebook and Google advertisements, and Pinterest.
The Team Dietitian would have the opportunity to control the MASTER Method Instagram page and would be directly involved in expanding our pipeline beyond Instagram.
Do you partner with other healthcare professionals to work as a healthcare team for clients?
We give each client the opportunity to share their healthcare providers' information, if they would like us to coordinate care with them, however this is not common in our practice. We do not receive direct referrals from other healthcare providers. We do refer out, as needed, and are currently building a referral network to do this more effectively. The Team Dietitian will help with this initiative.
What platforms do you use for interacting with and providing care to clients?
GSuite, Practice Better, and Zoom (through Practice Better). Kajabi will be used for the MASTER Method.
Do you bill insurance?
No, we are cash-pay. We do provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. We do, however, comply with state licensure regulations and only accept 1:1 clients within those parameters. The MASTER Method is educational and not individualized, so we accept clients worldwide. Any individualized add-ons to the MASTER Method will be restricted to states where our dietitians are legally able to provide care.
