JOB TITLE:

Principal VMWare Architect

LOCATION:

Onsite in Seattle WA, Issaquah WA, or Dallas TX

JOB TYPE:

12 Month Contract (Possible contract to hire)

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Principal Architect reporting to the senior manager - the role will help drive overall strategy for design and overall architecture for the greenfield environment - including the VxRail platform. From day to day, the Principal Architect will be interfacing with the Application, Infrastructure, and Operations teams along with leadership to design architect, and deploy. The Principal Architect will also support architecture – and will be helping develop processes, policies, and procedures for the operations team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 15+ years of VMware Cloud Foundation full stack technologies experience
• NXS, vRealize automation experience
• vSphere
• Ancillary – Tanzu experience
• Traditional storage knowledge including Dell Storage
• Cisco UCS knowledge
• Dell VxRail knowledge

NICE TO HAVE:

• Additional R/S experience and knowledge
• Observability, Monitoring, Analytics monitoring experience.
• Global Retail experience
• Prefer 10 years of experience

SCHEDULE:

Full Time Hours

COMPENSATION:

$75/hr.
