JOB TITLE:
Principal Ariba Business Architect
JOB LOCATION:
San Ramon, CA; hybrid in office 2-3 days/week

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead teams to implement process and system improvements.
- Gather business folks and lead team meetings.
- Be able to talk about new Ariba features and how they will help PG&E.
- Be able to understand the new releases of Ariba each quarter and take those notes to create a roadmap of implementation.
- Take the roadmap and bringing it to each team helping them understand the new changes.
- Connect with the technical team and help connect the dots between the two teams.
- Be able to talk to business users and understand the process and pain points to asses the situation and define an action plan to make changes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Primary Modules: (must have experience in these)
- Pricing, Buying and Invoice
- Contract Management
- Performance Management
- Supply Chain Collaboration
Nice to have: SCC (Supply Chain Collaboration) experience in Ariba
Qualifications:
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS and written skills.
- Must be a technical consultant with PM experience.
- Must have leadership experience, preferably some project management background.
- Strong Ariba expertise.
- Strong time management skills: prioritizes work efficiently, ability to meet deadlines and determine preventative actions to keep on track.
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally within a geographically dispersed team.
- Present clearly and efficiently in front of a full team to bring everyone onto the same page.
- Be able to create an implementation plan and execute it to the team.
COMPENSATION:
$70/hour
