JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supports the Sr HRIS Analyst with Workday HR suite JIRA tickets and testing. Must have 3+ years testing experience and 2+ years Workday experience, familiar with JIRA ticketing system and HR processes.

Essential Functions:

• Create test cases and test scripts for ERCOT’s Workday HR Suite.
• Analyzes testing results and logs results on JIRA tickets.
• Maintain and manage Workday regression test cases.
• Assists with Workday release full regression testing.
• And other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years testing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Workday HR Suite experience.
• Planning, analysis and implementation skills.
• Experience with complex reconciliations and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Degree in computer science or related field.

Essential Functions:

• Execute test scripts related to HR related JIRA tickets.
• Participates in user acceptance testing, and work directly with Sr HRIS Analyst.
• Apply experience with complex reconciliation strategies and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

SCHEDULE:

• Start date - 9/9/2024; End date - 3/7/2025

COMPENSATION:

$50 / hour
