WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE WITH SOUTH FRANKLIN CIRCLE?
As a SERVER, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide positive Member and Guest interactions while serving in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences
- Actively work the floor in the restaurant or at banquets while demonstrating genuine respect and care to the members and guests being served
- Focus on customer satisfaction with a professional appearance and friendly service, and ensuring dining area cleanliness
WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE WITH SOUTH FRANKLIN CIRCLE?
- High School Diploma or GED (or, if High School Senior, a Work Permit is required)
- ServSafe alcohol certified or other similar course, training will be provided if needed (only required for some positions)
- 2-year Full Time or equivalent Part Time experience in a fine dining, "white tablecloth" multi-course restaurant (preferred for some positions)
