WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE WITH SOUTH FRANKLIN CIRCLE?

As a SECURITY GUARD, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Get to know each member of South Franklin Circle in order to provide the highest level of safety and security.
• Greet members and visitors at the front desk and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Handle all in-coming telephone calls in a positive and professional manner.
• Ensure a secure environment for South Franklin Circle by conducting safety and security rounds of the campus and monitoring the security cameras and alarms.
• Oversee parking issues and violations.
• Investigate and report to Supervisor any incidents that may affect members, visitors, staff, or the well-being of the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding members' personal information and all investigations.
• Conduct monthly fire and safety drills in accordance with the Ohio Department of Health.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE WITH SOUTH FRANKLIN CIRCLE?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Past experience in security preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
