    TITLE: Human Resources Intern

    STATUS: Part Time

    SHIFT: Flexible hours (15 - 20 hours/week)

    LOCATION: Judson Park - Cleveland, Ohio

    WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE WITH JUDSON?

    As a Human Resources Intern, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:

    • Assists the Human Resource department with various administrative tasks and support our HR Department's daily activities.
    • Assists with the maintenance of permanent and electronic personnel records.
    • Conducts reference checks and criminal background checks to maintain compliance.
    • Assists and reviews job descriptions.
    • Helps develop recruitment materials such as job postings and interview guides
    • Monitor compliance of medical examinations, annual and pre-employment T.B. tests and substance screening.
    • Assist with personnel file auditing for annual ODH survey auditing process. 8) Participates in onboarding new employees.
    • Observes all company rules and safety procedures. Other duties as assigned.
    • Excellent computer skills.

    WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE WITH JUDSON?

    • High School diploma and must be currently enrolled in college at the junior or senior level, seeking an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
