Team Member, Juice Holick Primary Role: Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and quality products. A Team Member functions primarily as the main connection between Juice Holick and the customer. Essential Functions: General - Deliver the ultimate customer service experience and impressions of the Juice Holick brand - Able to clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all customers - Responsible for customer product and service standards - Foster an environment of team work - Maintain exceptional customer service metric scores - Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations. - Follow all company operations policies and procedures without issue Customer Service - Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer in store experience - Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact - Call out orders by name and wish customers a good day - Recommend appropriate product to meet customer's needs - Enhance customer experience through engagement and sampling Operations - Execute quality store operations as written in procedures and checklists - Clean blenders, small wares, merchandise and physical plants as necessary - Must be able to operate food preparation machinery - Stocking of all supplies - Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner - Detail and clean equipment, counters, and anything needed as described by a supervisor - Adhere to all Juice Holick food, safety and security guidelines while respecting all JH property - Master station operations of the store. Business Management - Provide a healthy consistent product spanning every item on the menu - Consistently make and serve all Juice Holick products to specifications - Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and security guidelines while respecting Juice Holick property - Executes proper portion control with all ingredients - Begins shifts promptly and on time, with any prep needed taken before or after shifts Requirements: - Must be 16 years of age and have valid CA food handler's card by first date of employment - Computer skills including register skills - Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts & ability to reach in temperatures 40 F to -10 F - Must take care of personal hygiene and personal tasks outside of work - Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift - Ability to reach in temperatures ranging from 40 F to -10 F
