Shift Lead

We are looking for a service focused front of house hourly Shift Lead to join our team! The successful candidate will have a strong background of cocktail serving, bartending, and high-volume bar management. Possess experience in a fast-paced busy environment with ability to provide leadership and support to all levels of staff. Successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. Required availability nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Supports management to reinforce excellent guest service and we are meeting restaurant standards.

Ensures service standards and procedures are met, all financial transactions (cash, inventory, etc.) are adhered to and solves customer complaints quickly and with a smile.

Work as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service.

Ensure the bar is clean, inviting, stocked, and organized in accordance with company standards.

Maintain the restaurant is a safe place for team members to work and guests to visit.

Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be over 21 years of age

Must have or be able to obtain Alcohol Beverage Control Responsible Beverage Service Training certification

Must have or be able to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certificate

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Cocktail and beer knowledge

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to stand for extended periods of time

Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks

Friendly and customer-focused personality
