ABOUT THE JOB

Julie Vos is a fashion jewelry brand created by CEO and jewelry designer, Julie Vos. Established in 2006, the brand is modeled on the belief that with inspiration and discipline we create the beautiful world we live in. This philosophy translates in the design of every piece of jewelry and is at the core of our company values.

In this role, you are responsible for picking and packing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. The goal is to ensure error free shipments with a fast turn-around time. You will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

FULFILLMENT

• Pull jewelry and in house display fixtures with attention to detail, quality control and precision
• Pack every order error free and so that the receiver feels it was packed with the utmost care
• Monitor and fulfill e-commerce orders from Shopify
• Liaise with wholesale team regarding any issues related to merchandise in the orders
• Communicate with inventory team regarding low stock and out-of-stock merchandise

INVENTORY

• Retrieve jewelry from put away bins and allocate back to stock
• Tag jewelry as needed
• Unpack, process, and/or put away incoming jewelry shipments based on needs of Inventory Manager
• Quality control inventory as needed when an issue is identified or in preparation for sales
• Ensure packages are picked up daily
• Participate in annual inventory count

WHO YOU ARE

• Preferred 1+ years of fulfilment experience
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented workplace
• Take delight in accuracy and efficiency
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Previous fulfillment and/or Shopify experience a plus, but not necessary
