    Our team is searching for a talented and experienced IT support specialist. You will play a critical role in our company by troubleshooting issues for our clients. Responsibilities: Save all files to a computer backup to make sure files are not lost in case the system crashes Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc. Configure new technology for the company, including software and applications, computer hardware and desktops, and operating systems Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently Qualifications: Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills Must have high school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree in a tech-related field is highly valued but not required Has worked with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux systems Great customer service skills and passionate about helping our business succeed Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, Internet connectivity, and other technological equipment • Two years Associate's degree or 4-year degree is required. A degree in information technology is a bonus Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
