Have fun at work teaching basic sports and fitness activities to young children.

JumpBunch is looking for energetic, outgoing people with fun personalities to teach Sports and Fitness classes to children, primarily ages 2-5, in childcare centers in Howard County and nearby surrounding areas. JumpBunch is a fun, structured mobile program that introduces kids to a wide range of sports and fitness.

Fully paid training. This is a PART-TIME position starting at approximately 9-12 hours a week. Must be able to start the work day at 8:45 am. Hourly rate starting at $15.00. A typical shift is 3 - 3 1/2 hours.

Duties

Prepares for all classes by reviewing approved lesson plans (provided by JumpBunch)

Arrives for and begins all classes on time.

Properly instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment.

Provides own transportation with adequate auto insurance coverage (public transporation does not work for this job)

Job Requirements

Must pass a background check and/or FBI fingerprinting as required by state.

Experience working with young children is required

Must be in good physical condition and able to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and otherwise move actively to execute a class. Must be able to occasionally carry large amounts of equipment.

Should be enthusiastic and pleasant in conversation and be patient and have a desire to work with children.

Must be prompt, reliable, and able to work independently with no direct supervision.
