"Tennis, Golf, Athletics" Premier Junior Golf is a golf enrichment franchise that is located all around the country and has taught thousands of students grades K-8 since 2003. We operate in and around the Denver Metro area, primarily as after-school enrichment providers. TGA introduces the life-long sport of golf and provides a fun and enriching experience for children ages 5-12 years old through after-school enrichment classes for elementary students K–5th. All enrichment classes take place on site starting around 3pm/3:30pm and lasting 1hour. Our trained and dedicated coaches help students develop their skills and a passion for golf while using sports as a vehicle to deliver curriculum loaded with educational concepts, including STEAM and life skills such as respect, honesty, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
Requirements:
Must complete a background check
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must have a personal, reliable vehicle to drive yourself to and from all coaching locations
Experience working with children
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and love working with children
Ability to step out of your comfort zone and be animated with children
Passion for golf, movement & physical fitness
Previous golf instruction experience is not required; TGA provides curriculum training.
This position is ideal for part-time workers, retirees, high school & college students, stay at home moms, teachers and anyone else with a flexible schedule and passion for working with kids! TGA employees also have the opportunity to work at weekend events, clinics, camps, leagues and tournaments. We are looking for instructors to begin training immediately.
Now more than ever, kids need mentors to support, motivate and inspire them! The pandemic has left so many kids feeling depressed, trapped, and anti-social. TGA is looking for golf coaches with big hearts who want to provide opportunities and experiences to help these kiddos get their joyous spirit and energy back!
Due to COVID19 we are taking additional precautions to keep our coaches and the kiddos safe. All unvaccinated coaches are required to wear a mask while teaching classes indoors but not required when holding outdoor programs. Currently, it’s optional for vaccinated coaches to wear a mask. We are also disinfecting our equipment after every use. Coaches are provided with hand sanitizer and encouraged to use it frequently.

-A 6-month commitment (Minimum)
-You become an active team member of our team who shares ideas, encouragement, and support to fellow coaches.
-We want to observe your creativity, drive, and confidence to adapt to whatever situation arises.
-Immediately communicate any issues or concerns you’re experiencing, providing us an opportunity to help you.
-Reliable, energetic, and timely. You show up to all of your classes ahead of time, prepared, and with a smile on your face!
-Provide us a 2-week notice if you need to leave the position for any reason.
