About Our Company:
Amazing Athletes / Super Soccer Stars is a mobile sports development and fitness program for ages 18 months to 10 years old, with our core program focusing on 2 - 6 year-olds. Our engaging classes introduce 10 different sports, basic nutrition, muscle groups and motor development skills. We use age-appropriate equipment and a carefully crafted curriculum endorsed by early childhood experts in an exciting, creative and non-competitive way. We are growing our business in Columbus and are looking to hire someone interested in growing with us! Primary Responsibilities of The Account Specialist:
Grows Amazing Athletes and Super Soccer Stars programs within central Ohio by teaching and building enrollment at existing locations while developing new class locations
Achieves enrollment targets by successfully adding programs at new locations
Able to answer customers' questions concerning our services, prices, availability, and payment terms
Uses company systems to track and communicate with new potential program locations
Travels within territory visiting new and existing customer locations to build relationships
What We're Looking For
Experienced in teaching or coaching young children, especially the 2-6 year age range
Has a passion and background in sports and fitness
Strong oral and written communications– Ability to convey information effectively, concisely, and professionally
Ability to uncover customer needs, develop and present compelling solutions, and overcome objections
Computer Skills – Must be proficient in Google applications and able to learn our Customer Relationship Management System
Prospecting – Identify potential customers and create a strategy to gain business.
Shows the maturity to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrate an ongoing passion for sports and/or fitness
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Have or can obtain a medical statement signed by a doctor or nurse practitioner indicating you are fit for employment.
Required to complete a fingerprint background check during your training period
Reliable transportation
Must provide own laptop computer and internet access
Hours/Pay:
Teaching hours may include weekdays Monday-Friday, some weekday evening and Saturday mornings. We expect this to be approximately 8-10 hours/week now, and growing as the account specialist adds new locations
Sales/Prospecting, etc., will take place weekdays, 10 hours per week to start and increasing as sales volume increases. Hours will be set based on best fit for the candidate and the company. These hours will be a combination of work from home and travel within Central Ohio
Flexible but consistent schedule
Hourly rate of $16-$20/hour plus commissions
