Job Description

JumpCrew is currently hiring for a Data Entry Specialist. The ideal person for the job will have previous experience working in data entry, as well as performing administrative duties and providing support to management. This role will work directly with one of our largest enterprise teams, providing administrative, data, and organizational support to sales representatives and management.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Gather and input data into databases
• Verify the accuracy of information in databases
• Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections and check output
• Research information needed for incomplete documents with minimal oversight
• Monitor an inbound lead queue and vet for potential business opportunities
• Assign leads to sales reps
• Find, identify and add new contacts in outbound email cadences
• Generate reports as requested
• Administrative work as assigned

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE… 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a data entry position
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Fast typing, with an eye for accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online forms
