    Job Description

    JumpCrew is currently hiring an AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join the sales Crew.  As a Workshop Consultant, you will be responsible for the development of a brand new automotive repair shop network piloting in Kansas City, MO. You will have the opportunity to present our value proposition to each of the workshops, bringing them value and earning their loyalty through the partnership.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE…

    • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in service categories offered
    • Recruitment of new workshop partners
    • The deployment, controlling and developing of all activities with the concept workshops
    • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentations and relay objection handling
    • Research and evaluate businesses to identify decision-makers and understand client needs
    • Prepare professional, concise and accurate reports, proposals and other documentation as required for presentations
    • Utilize Salesforce.com tool to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
    • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
  • Qualifications

    WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE…

    • 3+ years of experience in a full cycle sales role, preferably with an automotive background 
    • Strong presentation and motivational skills, particularly in one-on-one consultative situations
    • Experience working in a CRM (Experience with Salesforce is a plus!)
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone skills
    • Positive attitude
    • Ability and willingness to travel and cover designated territory
    • Grit!
