Job Description
JumpCrew is hiring a Marketing Generalist to spearhead the growth of our audience base within one of JumpCrew’s owned brands. This role will be based out of our Nashville office reporting to the Director of Paid Search and Social and the VP of Client Success, Sales and Marketing Delivery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Paid Search and Social strategies to drive brand awareness, increase leads/sales and maximize ROI for our brands. Including but not limited to account audits, restructures, optimizations
Lead budget forecasting and recommendations by channel (i.e Google vs Facebook vs Bing) for JumpCrew brands, specifically AHRN National Accounts
Be the primary contact leading reporting calls, QBRs and delivering against our brand strategy
Build campaigns in Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other paid search and social platforms
Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage, track and grow the Paid Search and Social team
Partner with SEO, Content, Email, Social Media and Sales teams to hit collective goals
Communicate to the management team weekly progress on all paid Search and Social campaigns and provide insights that highlight the story behind the data.
Stay updated on the latest innovations, tools, and techniques via popular Paid Search and Social blogs and channels
Build out and deliver internal reports
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of experience in a Paid Search and Social experience
Knowledge of Email Marketing strategies and best practices
Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices is a plus
Proven expertise in using data and analytics to develop strategies and form action plans
Strategic thought leadership and strong communication skills with a comfort in crafting and delivering presentations using Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and/or Keynote
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Great attitude and a desire to learn
Self-starter who dislikes being micromanaged
Search agency experience is a plus
Experience with CRM platforms is a plus
Certified in Google Ads and Facebook
Experience using scripts to automate paid search and social tasks and campaigns
Experience running A/B landing page tests using Optimizely or something equivalent
