Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by assisting customers with order questions, order entry, order tracking, product information, service information and general issues related to the customer promise. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and orders
• Provide information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
