Pay utmost care to Customer Service 2. Keep the common areas clean of trash and debris 3. Make sure of frequent cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms and cafeteria 4. Make sure to maintain a professional and clean appearance during working hours and be courteous 5. Greet people and check them in for Open Play. 6. Help customers with booking parties via phone or internet 7. Understand Employee Manual and be cognizant of daily processes and procedures 8. Supervise store Associates, at Store Managers' directions, to follow company's policy and guidelines. Assign them responsibilities that maintains a smooth and efficient operation 9. Assist Store Manager in making weekly schedule for the employees that best suites store operations 10. Make sure to sanitize and clean all the equipment at the end of every business day 11.
