JumpstartMD is a medical practice dedicated to improving health and well-being through lifestyle changes leading to sustainable, clinically significant weight loss. As a Member Care Coordinator (MCC), you will provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all visitors entering and exiting the clinic. You will have strong customer service skills, basic sales experience, and a passion for wellness.

This is a part time position, during the day

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically, schedules appointments and reminders and follow-ups.
• Answers and conducts phone calls for current and prospect members
• Ensures proper member onboarding including agreement forms, payment options and other paperwork.
• Leads program offerings reviews and memberships options
• Responsible for accurate collection of payment including credit card transactions and insurance coverage.
• Manages clinic inventory and ensures cleanliness.
• Responsible for opening and closing of the clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• Customer service, retail and/ or sales experience
• Proficient in MS Office 365
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to clinic visitors
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
