    Our client, a tech-based marketing agency specialized in content, influencer, social and performance marketing is looking for a Head of Creative and Content . They are looking for a creative leader with a strong history working in the social media and content industry. The successful candidate will build, lead, and mentor a growing team of designers, writers, videographers, and content strategists all dedicated to telling compelling stories for clients across the globe. This person will be a creative and strategic leader with an unwavering dedication to achieving a high bar of creativity with a focus on social media, video storytelling and overall content creation.

    The mission? Connect people with compelling stories, whether told through video, design or editorial.

    About You

    • You have hustle, and probably a side hustle
    • You know there is a big difference between being trendy and staying ahead of the trend
    • You are a pop-culture sponge. Soaking up trends wherever you go
    • You are a builder – of teams, of business, of people and of killer ideas
    • You are highly creative but also highly strategic
    • You know that how you tell a story on Tik Tok can be vastly different than how you tell it on Instagram.
    • You can develop a big idea but know how that translates to lots of ‘big little ideas’ to address a brand’s challenges in a way that is entertaining, relevant and compelling
    • You often think of yourself as part Creative Director and part ‘Editor-in-chief’ for the many bands you work on
    • But more the anything you know how to craft a compelling story

       

      What you have to offer

    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Creative, Content and Social Media
    • Very strong understanding of the social and creator space across all social platforms
    • Ability to run an engaged creative team and evaluate performance effectiveness
    • Able to jump in and respond to emergency tasks
    • Ability to work with creators outside of the content team to ensure work is of a high caliber and on strategy
    • Knowledge of digital best practices and output of files for digital, social etc.
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Masterful operational skills to define the optimal process to achieve a high caliber of work
    • Master of key components of the Adobe Creative Suite on the Mac platform
