Executive Assistant For Real Estate Team
June’s Team / Keller Williams, a dynamic real estate office in Greeley, Colorado, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. As Executive Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our office run efficiently. You will oversee the management and performance of administration staff, seasoned professionals and multiple organizations, along with creating/modifying operational systems. The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment while staying organized and focused, and gradually take on more responsibility and leadership within the team. Compensation: • 4% Match on 401K • Paid Vacation and Sick Pay • Discount on Health, Vision, or Dental Insurance • A supportive and collaborative team Responsibilities: • Provide support to executives and staff, serving as the main point of contact for all site-related matters and daily tasks. • Manage executives' schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. • Ensure prompt distribution of memos, faxes, emails, and phone messages. • Establish and manage office systems and technology effectively. • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. • Coordinate appointments with clients and business partners, organizing agendas and materials for meetings. • Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. • Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. • Maintain information flow accurately and in a timely manner. • Screen phone calls, manage correspondence, and perform other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management. • Previous experience in a real estate office or real estate knowledge is preferred although not required. • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills are essential, along with being highly organized. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is required. • Ability to understand high-level concepts while paying attention to detail and multitasking effectively. • Demonstrated success in leadership and supervising subordinates. • Proven track record in employee development and mentoring, including fostering collaboration, providing continuous performance feedback, and motivating the team to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. • Must enjoy building, fixing, and fine-tuning systems. • Strong work ethic, self-starter, and self-motivated individual. • High School Diploma, GED, or higher education is required. • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment when necessary. • Confident personality and ability to be persistent when needed. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
