We are currently seeking a Junior Account Assistant to support our client service team with daily account coordination, administrative tasks, and project management. This entry-level position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow within the field of client relations and brand management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and supporting Account Managers with day-to-day tasks.

• Maintain internal records, timelines, and documentation for client projects.

• Schedule meetings, prepare briefs, and coordinate communications between departments.

• Help compile reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.

• Follow up on project deliverables to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

• Perform data entry, invoice tracking, and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

• Previous internship or 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
