    Position Overview:

    The Junior Relationship Manager builds and maintains relationships with clients and customers. They work to solve any challenges that the customers face, help them with sales opportunities, and observe the competition to see what strategies they are using. The most important part of being the Junior Relationship Manager is maintaining trusting relationships and making sure everyone is satisfied.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

    Creates and enforces plans that meet the needs of customers

    Builds long-term relationships with clients

    Works quickly to address and resolve issues

    Becomes familiar with competitors and competitor strategies

    Helps promote and maintain a positive company image

    Understands customer needs and develops plans to address them

    Contributes to the overall positivity and profitability of the company

    Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

    Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service or sales experience

    Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to effectively resolve complex issues

    Demonstrate excellent written/verbal communications skills with all levels of the organization

    Superior customer service skills are a must

    Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    Knowledge of math and numbers

    Strong ability to work independently and as a team player

    Strong attention to detail and excellent research abilities

    Strong ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task

    Ability to think critically and respond to the time-sensitive needs of the client

    Initiative, drive, self-motivation, good judgement, and commitment to assuming roles of increasing responsibility

    Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel & PowerPoint programs
