Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to support account management functions, coordinate event marketing campaigns, and build client relationships. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior account managers in planning, executing, and managing event marketing campaigns
Coordinate logistics for live events, including vendor communication and on-site support
Serve as a point of contact for clients and event teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Track campaign progress, compile reports, and assist with budget management
Support lead generation and client outreach efforts
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
Engage in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or coursework a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or event support is a plus but not required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
