In this role, you will support account managers in developing client relationships, preparing presentations, managing account activities, and ensuring the success of marketing and business initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining ongoing communication
Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for client meetings
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely deliverables
Support the senior team with market research and data analysis
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs
Track client feedback and provide recommendations for improvements
Ensure all account documentation is accurate and up to date
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
0–2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a team
