Beloform is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our growing client portfolio. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are eager to build a career in client relations and account management. You will work closely with our Senior Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with assigned client accounts

• Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Prepare reports and account documentation

• Participate in meetings and presentations to support client engagement

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance client satisfaction

• Support onboarding of new clients under guidance from senior staff

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in client services, sales support, or account management preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
