Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. If you are a recent graduate seeking your first real accounting role, we want to hear from you.
- Working understanding of basic accounting principles, including AP, AR, and invoice reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus Word and Outlook.
- Comfort learning an ERP or accounting system; Deacom experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Work Environment
- On-site, full-time at the Somersworth, NH facility.
- Primarily a professional office environment within an FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 regulated contract manufacturing operation.
- Requires the ability to sit and view a computer monitor for extended periods.
- Involves moving between floors and departments, including walking up and down stairs.
