A well-established firm in the northeast Georgia area is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with 1–2 years of litigation experience to support a partner leading a specialized civil litigation practice focused on sex trafficking-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation matters within a specialized sex trafficking practice group
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy and development
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Review records and coordinate case materials with internal team and experts
• Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of plaintiff injury litigation experience
• Active Georgia Bar membership or eligibility for prompt admission
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Professionalism and discretion with sensitive subject matter
• Ability to work closely with a partner in a fast-paced environment
