    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and supporting matters through -pre-litigation, negotiation, and resolution. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth legal research using platforms such as Clio Works, Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategy and legal analysis • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts • Manage and assist with caseloads from inception through resolution, ensuring files are organized and progressing efficiently • Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, assess liability and damages, and support case progression • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties involved in the legal process • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the case management system and ensure compliance with deadlines • Handle administrative responsibilities related to legal matters, including scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of case activities Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction • Strong research skills with experience using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice • Proficient in legal drafting techniques and document preparation • Experience with litigation and negotiation processes is preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
