WHAT WE OFFER: • Competitive salary of $48,000 • Educational benefits and professional development support • Clear path for career growth into a senior management role • Supportive team environment Responsibilities: • Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence, and maintaining community records • Conduct routine property inspections • Attend and assist with in-person board meetings, including preparing meeting materials • Communicate professionally with homeowners, board members, and vendors • Support the preparation of monthly board packages and budget reports under the direction of the Community Manager • Help coordinate and follow up with vendors under the direction of the Community Manager • Learn and apply knowledge of governing documents and applicable state laws Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel • Proficiency in Vantaca, not required but a plus • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with a strong attention to detail • Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse group of people • Prior association management experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $48,000 yearly
