Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents (complaints, motions, discovery) • Conduct research and case analysis for litigation strategy • Sit in on depositions, hearings, client meetings, and trial prep • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases forward • Be part of a firm where your work actually makes a difference Qualifications: • JD from an accredited law school • Licensed in West Virginia (or willing to become licensed) • Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills • A real interest in employment law and personal injury • A team-first mindset , with a passion for justice and helping people Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
