Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Junior Business Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Intercompany Sales Excellence team. This role is designed for a professional ready to take the next step in their sales career, transitioning from lead generation into full-cycle business development. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnership building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Identify, research, and map out prospective clients via incoming emails, cold calling, and personalized email outreach.
- Outreach & Engagement: Manage a high volume of outbound activities to qualified leads, pitching our solutions and booking discovery meetings.
- Client Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, budget, and purchasing authority, mapping them to our solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Navigate the early stages of the sales cycle, leverage global network of capabilities to provide solutions to clients, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM – Scoro.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing to refine outreach messaging and work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and revenue closed.
