We’re recruiting a Junior Civil Engineer ready to launch their career in a high-energy environment, working on residential and commercial site design projects. Position Overview

As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will contribute to a wide range of residential and commercial civil site design projects. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers on tasks spanning site layout, utilities, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control. You’ll also hone your Civil 3D skills and gain invaluable mentorship from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed engineering and design documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Provide CAD support to the design team as needed

• Assist in preparation of construction documents for civil engineering projects including:

  • Site layout and design

  • Utility coordination and design

  • Grading and drainage design

  • Stormwater management systems

  • Erosion and sediment control plans

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality, accurate designs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• 0–5 years of professional experience in civil site design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• EIT certification (preferred but not required)

• Previous internship or project experience in site design, utilities, or stormwater management
