Jr. Commercial Real Estate Property Management Associate North Palm Beach, FL | Commercial Real Estate
The Role Are you a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate with 4-year college degree and 1–3 years of business experience, eager to accelerate your career at the intersection of sales and executive leadership? Our well-established, privately held commercial real estate firm in North Palm Beach is seeking an ambitious Jr. Commercial Real Estate Property Management Associate to partner directly with the VP of Property Management and Facilities Coordinator.
This is not your typical assistant role. In addition to sitting at the decision-making table and learning the inner workings of a successful property management team, you will be actively involved in collections, facilities, site inspections, and much more!
The Environment Fast-paced. High-pressure. Entrepreneurial. No two days are alike. You’ll be expected to meet hard deadlines, anticipate needs, and execute with precision. Thick skin, humility, and the ability to jump from a company meeting to an administrative project to an on-site property tour without missing a beat is essential.
Core Responsibilities
Represent the firm in the field: conduct thorough property inspections.
Communicate with tenants regarding outstanding balances.
Coordinate with vendors for bids and/or to schedule/inspect work.
Step in across teams as needed—learning functions of the business on an ancillary side of the team.
Lead special projects, research initiatives, and reporting with clear, actionable outcomes.
Support critical relationships with tenants, vendors, clients, banks, and partners to ensure deliverables are met.
Utilize tech platforms to efficiently produce quality work, including Microsoft365, Yardi, and AI
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (required)
4-year college degree with 1–3 years of post-graduate professional experience
Exceptional organizational and communication skills—written and verbal
Confidence in client-facing situations, with a professional presence
Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment
Humble, “no task too small” mindset with aspirations to grow into leadership
Entrepreneurial drive, resourcefulness, and curiosity to understand every corner of the business
The Upside This is a launchpad for a future leader. You’ll gain unparalleled exposure to both executive decision-making and revenue-generating activities—rare experience that positions you for long-term success in commercial real estate and beyond. For the right candidate, professional growth opportunities are significant, as is financial advancement.
If you’re ambitious, hungry to learn, and ready to build your career by mastering both the fundamentals of property management operations, we want to meet you.
