    Position Overview:
    The Junior Compliance Analyst supports the Legal and Compliance teams by assisting with data organization, communication tracking, and reporting related to regulatory and legal matters. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to grow their knowledge of compliance operations and risk management. Responsibilities include compiling information for audits and due diligence requests, supporting policy review, monitoring consumer complaints, and helping manage documentation for internal and external compliance initiatives. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration and research support to ensure the company remains aligned with regulatory standards. ****

    Position Description

    • Complete work assignments and priorities as assigned by General Counsel or VP of Compliance
    • Assist with organizing data and communication for compliance and legal requests
    • Support the Legal Department in gathering information for compliance reports for website monitoring and seeding
    • Help coordinate communication with partners for due diligence requests
    • Assist with preparation of internal and external compliance audits
    • Support the Legal Department in reviewing company policies and procedures
    • Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams
    • Help the VP of Compliance with data entry and compilation for consumer complaints and other reporting
    • Conduct research as needed
    • Assist with document management

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs used for reporting
    • Associate's degree in business, regulatory compliance or a related field OR equivalent work experience
    • Willingness to learn compliance principles and regulations

    Preferred

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR prelaw
    • Interest in pursuing GRC certification
