We’re partnering with a leading AI company (confidential) to bring on someone with 2–6 years of experience (Recruiting Coordinator, Jr. Sourcer, or Jr. Recruiter) who’s scrappy, organized, and eager to grow.

Tech/startup or agency background a plus
Familiarity with Greenhouse or modern recruiting tools helpful, not required
Qualifications
Full-Cycle Recruiting (1-3 years)
* Running requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers.
G &A Functional Knowledge
* Familiarity with corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Policy).
* Ability to assess non-technical skill sets (e.g., employment law for Legal, FP&A for Finance, HRBP profiles, government/policy backgrounds).
* Hands-on use of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
* Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
