Junior Cosmetic Nurse (RN)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is interested in entering or expanding their experience in medical aesthetics. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about patient care, skincare, and learning non-invasive cosmetic procedures in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other skincare services
- Assist in patient preparation, treatment execution, and post-procedure aftercare
- Support senior nurses and providers during advanced aesthetic procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and patient care guidelines
- For APRNs: supervise staff and perform advanced, certified procedures within scope
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Open to nurses with or without prior aesthetic experience
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care
- Willingness to learn aesthetic procedures and technologies
- Aesthetic certification is a plus but not required
Schedule & Availability
- Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
- Full-Time: 4 days per week
- Requirement: Must be available to work on Sundays
Compensation & Employment Details
- RN: $21–$25/hour
- APRN: Competitive compensation based on experience and performance
- Employment Type: 1099 (independent contractor; responsible for own taxes)
- Potential transition to W2 employment based on performance and business needs
