Junior Cosmetic Nurse

Target Candidates: LPN, RN, APRN | Open to experienced aesthetic nurses or those transitioning into the field | No prior aesthetic experience required

Core Functions

• Provide skin care treatments normally performed by estheticians: facials, chemical peels, laser procedures, skincare routines

• Prepare patients for treatments, guide post-care, support advanced procedures as needed

• Maintain professional, safe, and organized clinical environment

• APRNs may supervise junior nurses and perform advanced procedures including injectables (if certified)

• Accurate treatment and patient documentation required

Qualifications

• Active LPN, RN, or APRN license

• Strong nursing skills, adherence to protocols, patient safety focus

• Medical aesthetic certifications advantageous but not mandatory

• Ability to learn and adapt within the aesthetics environment

Compensation

• LPN $19–$23/hour

• RN $21–$25/hour

• APRN competitive rate based on experience and performance

• W9099 (responsible for own taxes) | W2 conversion possible based on performance
