Compensation • Base Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 • Paid time off (PTO) • Performance-based bonuses Responsibilities: • Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution • Conduct client consultations and assist with case development • Draft, review, and file necessary documents • Prepare clients to represent them in court • Analyze opposing filings and identify key issues • Manage deadlines, workload, and billable expectations • Uphold high ethical standards and focus on long-term growth Qualifications: • Has obtained Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Licensed and in good standing with the New Mexico Bar (or eligible to obtain licensure promptly) • Experience with client consultations, drafting pleadings, and court appearances • Able to balance working in high-conflict or high-pressure environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization abilities • Self-starter, accountable, and effective both independently and as part of a team Compensation: $120,000 - $125,000
