    Position Overview The Junior Customer Associate Coordinator will support the customer service and sales teams by assisting with client interactions, coordinating customer inquiries, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in customer relations, sales support, and business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with managing daily customer inquiries and service requests

    Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams

    Maintain and update customer records and account information

    Help track customer feedback and report trends to management

    Support customer onboarding and service processes

    Ensure customers receive timely and accurate information regarding products and services

    Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems is a plus
