About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone starting their career or looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support. You’ll receive training and support while learning how to deliver great service and solve customer issues.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers with basic questions via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Escalate more complex issues to senior team members
Record customer interactions in our system
Follow customer service guidelines and company procedures
Learn and develop customer service and communication skills
