    What You'll Do

    • Support designers throughout all phases of luxury residential projects.
    • Create and update furniture plans, elevations, and custom details in AutoCAD.
    • Research and source furnishings, lighting, finishes, fabrics, accessories, and materials.
    • Prepare design presentations, concept boards, and sample packages.
    • Coordinate vendors, pricing, quotes, and product samples.
    • Maintain organized project documentation and digital files.
    • Participate in site visits, quality-control inspections, installations, and client meetings.
    • Help maintain the design library and studio organization.

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience with a residential interior design studio.
    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture (or equivalent).
    • Strong AutoCAD proficiency and a professional portfolio.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
    • Passion for luxury residential interiors and exceptional attention to detail.
    • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • SketchUp experience.
    • Experience with Design Manager or Studio Designer.
    • Google Workspace proficiency.
    • Knowledge of luxury residential vendors and showrooms.
