The Junior Golf Hub and Player Development Index are subsidiaries of the Golf Performance Center

The Player Development Index (PDI) is a revolutionary new tool for discovering and tracking the key factors contributing to long-term success. PDI is a tool to objectively measure and track an athlete's physical, golf, and mental skills from assessments. PDI provides a snapshot of where the athlete is at any given moment and tracks improvement and development over time. PDI is the best tool to provide coaches with the data they need to manage their player's development and performance.

The Player Development Index (PDI) is not a ranking system, benchmarking golfers against their peers. This is not a stats program, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of any given performance. This is the Player Development Index, a transformative system that allows an athlete to focus on what and how they can be their best and achieve peak performance. Powering development beyond ranking and stats, PDI is the best tool for junior golfers to take control of their improvement and development.

The Player Development Index (PDI) provides a numerical score out of 100 to represent the current state of an athlete's skill set. This allows coaches to track progress consistently throughout the athlete's development within a digital profile that houses all completed PDI assessments, allowing each athlete to follow their development journey.
