The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a junior-level member, you'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns. Your work will directly impact site traffic and lead generation—both essential to our company's growth and success. You'll work closely with a collaborative team and vendor partners, gaining hands-on experience with major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Looker Studio.

Compensation and Benefits

• $55,000-65,000 annual salary, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand how ad creative performs across traffic, conversion, and engagement goals
• Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies across SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Track and analyze performance metrics and paid marketing results using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Looker Studio
• Experiment with and implement innovative tools, trends, and strategies to consistently improve ROAS
• Collaborate with external vendors to manage campaign performance and deliverables
• Support new service integrations through effective project management
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend forward-thinking strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, or Facebook Ads Certification
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Looker Studio
• Prior experience managing or assisting in paid digital campaigns
• Exposure to reporting and dashboarding for campaign performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Visual Design, Marketing, Business, New Media, or a related field
• Internship or coursework with hands-on experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to study data and adapt strategies accordingly
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
