    Job Description

    We are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our high-voltage power supply design team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and a mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will assist in the design, testing, and documentation of high-voltage power supply products, while learning legacy MRP systems and supporting project execution. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with senior engineers on the design and development of high-voltage power supplies.
    • Assist in building and testing prototypes, including electrical and mechanical components.
    • Perform electrical measurements, troubleshooting, and validation testing using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, LCR meters, HV meters).
    • Support project documentation, including test plans, reports, and compliance records.
    • Learn and utilize legacy MRP systems for project tracking and inventory management.
    • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements throughout the design and testing process.
    • Work independently on assigned tasks while contributing effectively to team projects.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering; high-voltage experience preferred.
    • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and small power tools.
    • Familiarity with standard electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, HV meters).
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Willingness to learn legacy systems and adapt to evolving processes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Project documentation experience preferred.

    $80,000-$80,000 per year
